Can I order over the phone?
We currently offer two ways for you to make your orders: By web with credit cards, and by mail with checks or money order. Yes, you can now order by mail. Most companies that accept payment over the phone pass on the costs of hiring people and phone fees to customers. Our online payment is as convenient and secure and we encourage you make your purchase on our website.
Do you take payment by checks, money orders?
We want to provide the fastest service possible to our customer. Payment by checks or money orders usually takes the longest because it requires bank authentication. However, you can pay for your product purchase with checks or money orders. We will ship the product as soon as we receive your payment and your check is clear.
Is your payment secure?
Yes! Of course! We use PayPal, the World's leading online payment processing service provider. We do not store your credit card or any payment information on our website. At the same time we have Security Certificate installed. This makes your payment secure.
Will my account remain active after my subscription period expires?
Yes! Many subscribers love that fact that we keep their test history and preferences in their account. Once you renew your membership, you have immediate access to your test history and result information. By the way, we don't ever disclose your test history to anybody! How do I extend my subscription, or add more time to my subscription?
If you are have been a Citizenship Coach member, you can extend your subscription or renew your subscription anytime! Just login using your username and password, click on the "My Account" tab, and click on the button "Extend My Membership" button.
My subscription has expired. How do I renew without creating another account?
You're in luck! Your info including your test history is still available. Just sign in with your old username and password (yes, you can still use them to sign in!) and click on the "Renew My Membership" button on the first page you see. That's it!
Are there any special discount programs available for non-profit organization?
Yes! Non-profit organization has access to very special discount. Please contact us with the name of your organization and proof of non-profit. Your order will be handled off-line. By the way, thank you for your service to the community, wherever you area!
How do I change my password?
Easy! Just login using your old password and click on the tab "My Account". Then type in your new password into both the "Password" and the "Confirm Password" boxes. Then click "Save" button on the bottom.
How do I change my study preferences?
It's easy! Just sign in to your account, click on the "My Preference" tab. You can change your preferences here, including your study language, your state where you take the test, etc.
I want to see the questions in my language. Can I do that?
Yes! That's what so special about Citizenship Coach! Just sign in to your account, click on the "My Preference" tab, click on the dropdown "My language" and select your language. Currently we have English, Spanish, Chinese (Traditional) and Chinese (Simplified) We will add more in the near future!
How do I bookmark a question for studying later?
It's very easy to do so. When you see a question you want to bookmark, checkmark the checkbox where it says "Bookmark this Question" on the right side of the Lesson screen. You can also do so during a test!
How do I review my bookmarked questions?
It's very easy! Just click on the Lesson tab. Click on the link call "Review Bookmarked Questions". You can review the questions one by one or all at the same time. You can select and remove one or many questions from the bookmark list easily.
Where is the "Resources" section?
On the top menu of the website, there's a link called "Resouces". If you move your mouse over this link, you will see a list of citizenship test resources, including State specific questions and answers.
When I click the "Next Question" button, it doesn't go anywhere.
